Garage for 5 cars. Ski room with sliding door, waste room, and staircase leading to the technical areas: pool equipment and boiler room.
A hallway leads to the laundry room, one bedroom lit by a skylight with its own bathroom, a children’s dormitory (no window) with its own bathroom, a wine cellar, and elevator access.

First Mezzanine Level:
From the central staircase, a landing with closets, office, and separate WC leads to a cinema room, massage room, gym, and the spa area.
The spa includes an indoor swimming pool with a movable floor, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a hammam.

Main entrance with access to the elevator.
Lounge with bar opening onto the garden, one bedroom with en-suite shower room.
