In alliance with Fabrice Pitard, a noted architect with extensive experience and projects in Saint Tropez, Megève, Paris, and Cap Ferret, and his wife and interior designer, Emmanuelle Pitard, we can assist our clients in all aspects of their architectural design, new build, renovation and interior design needs.
Our privileged partnership with the international law firm Alerion Paris, provides our clients with access to an experienced team of legal advisors covering all aspects of real estate ownership and structuring, taxes, purchase and sale and rental contracts. L’Agence Fiedler & Rosner can also, where helpful, provide our clients with introductions to banks in Monaco, Switzerland, France and the United States for any financing needs.
Léa Fiedler began her career in luxury real estate in Saint Tropez after obtaining her degree in real estate law and tax matters. She splits her time between the French Riviera and the French Alps, overseeing the agencies and the management of L’Agence Fiedler & Rosner.
With over 15 years of experience in luxury real estate, and hundreds of millions of euros in sales, she has excellent legal and transactional knowledge and a strong network. Léa has a loyal client base that she has worked with over many years and brings all her energy and enthusiasm to identify the best opportunities and properties in her markets.
Her experience in management and day-to-day operation oversight has allowed Léa to successfully manage both the Saint Tropez and Megève agencies as well as focus on development opportunities into new markets.

Alex Rosner started his career on Wall Street in the finance industry with positions at a credit investment fund, a family office and a leading multi-billion-dollar US hedge fund in New York and Los Angeles for which he currently spends his time on business development, fundraising and relationship building around the world.
Over the years, Alex has created a unique global network of relationships and brings an international dimension to all of his projects having spent his life working in both France and the United States, after having graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his day to day activities with the hedge fund, Alex has also followed his passion for real estate by investing in several real estate development projects via his company Revival and by co-founding L’Agence Fiedler & Rosner, a brokerage firm focused on selling high-end residential properties in the French Riviera and the Alps, to which he contributes his network of clients and investors.
